Return Policy

At this time, we do not offer traditional returns. However, eligible items may be refunded onto a Kindred gift card or issued as store credit for future use.

Due to the high turnover of our inventory and the nature of our small business, we are unable to accept returns for a full refund. Our collections change quickly, and managing high volumes of returns impacts our ability to offer fresh, curated products regularly.

Return Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date

• Must be in original, unused condition, with tags attached and/or original packaging

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be included

• All returns must be approved prior to sending back


How to Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us at thekindred.mi@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Once approved, items must be shipped back to us at the address provided in your return approval email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.


Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming your store credit or gift card refund.


Please note:

• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, store credit, or exchange

• Gift cards are non-refundable

• All sales made at vendor markets or pop-up events are final
